During your second visit, we will review the findings from your initial examination. Then, we will determine together the best course of action tailored to you and your health goals. The first adjustment is typically given during the second visit. The second visit typically takes 30 minutes.

First Adjustment

After taking the necessary time to analyze your X-rays, a Gonstead chiropractor is ready to deliver your first specific spinal adjustment.
