Monitoring your care

Now that you and your chiropractor have determined an appropriate course of action to help meet your health goals, follow-up visits are necessary/appropriate to effectively monitor your care. Follow-up visits are fairly quick, taking 10-15 minutes. So, your wait times are generally at a minimum. However, we do keep a few longer appointment times reserved for those who are in more pain and are unable to move quickly, so you can be assured that you will always receive the highest level of care.

Scheduling an Appointment at Omni

Patients often comment how easy and convenient it is to schedule at Omni Chiropractic! To get the times you desire, be sure to schedule far enough in advance!

Time

The number and frequency of adjustments vary from patient to patient. Everyone responds differently! There are many factors to consider when determining how long it will take for you to get well:

How long you have had your problem and what is the degree to which it has progressed.
Your current state of health/vitality.
The time you allow your body to recover.

Consistency

Subluxations of the spine rarely get better on their own. Follow the course of care that has been recommended and stay consistent…consistency along with specific adjustments by your Gonstead Chiropractor will help you get the results that you seek.

Stay Well

Just like brushing and flossing your teeth, eating nutritious foods, or working out at the gym. Maintaining the integrity of your spine and nervous system makes good sense!
